Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Alvankra Technologies LLC (“we”) collects when your company uses Alvankra Assets, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect what's needed to run the Service, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, work email, company name, and a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself).
- Records you enter: assets, licenses, repairs, and the names and work emails of employees you assign equipment to. Your company decides what goes in; we process it on your company's behalf.
- Security logs: sign-in attempts and an audit trail of changes (who changed what, and when), so you and we can investigate problems.
- Email you send us, such as support or plan requests.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How we use it
- To run the Service: sign you in, show your records, and send account emails such as address confirmation and password resets.
- To keep it secure, detect abuse, and fix problems.
- To reply when you contact us.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that host and operate the Service for us: Amazon Web Services (servers, database, backups and email delivery, in the United States). They process data on our instructions only. We'll disclose information if the law requires it, and tell you first where we're allowed to.
How long we keep it
For as long as your company's account is open. When an account is closed we delete its data within 30 days; backups containing it expire within a further 30 days.
Your choices
Your company's administrator can view, correct, export and delete records in the app. To access, correct or delete your own account information, or for any privacy question, email info@alvankra.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, each company's records are kept separate from every other company's, and access by our staff is limited and logged.
Changes
We'll email account administrators before material changes take effect.
